Our Founder
Growing up in a family deeply rooted in art and service, I was immersed in a world of creativity, craftsmanship, and dedication from an early age. My grandfather, James Theodore Leonis, was an esteemed contractor who helped build courthouses and government buildings. Alongside his professional work, he pursued mosaics and lapidary art as personal hobbies, which further fueled my appreciation for artistry, detail, and excellence.
I began working in personal service as a teenager, house-sitting and organizing events for my mother’s friends in prominent areas of the Bay Area. These early experiences ignited my passion for providing exceptional service, attention to detail, and creating memorable experiences for clients.
With over 30 years of experience in estate management and luxury lifestyle services, I am committed to delivering seamless, discreet, and personalized care. My lifelong love for horses and animals—combined with my heritage of craftsmanship and service—fuels my dedication to creating extraordinary estate experiences built on trust, integrity, and attention to detail.
I believe that every estate reflects its owners’ legacy, and my goal is to safeguard and enhance that legacy through meticulous management and heartfelt service. Whether overseeing complex estates, coordinating elegant events, or supporting charitable causes, I approach every task with professionalism, discretion, and a genuine passion for excellence.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking and baking, hiking through the redwoods with my mini Australian dog Gus, and supporting animal welfare organizations. These passions keep me inspired and grounded, and I bring that same enthusiasm and care to every client relationship.
